About Me

As a mental health professional, I aim to hold a space that is inclusive, affirmative, non-judgemental and actively works towards dismantling oppressive systems. This to me, means honoring each individual’s experiences and identities while working towards change.

I identify as neurodivergent and queer myself, and often work with people who may identify similarly. That said, my experience of over 3 years working with diverse populations has equipped me with the knowledge and skill to work with various different concerns within the scope of mental health.

Therapy style and modality

My approach to therapy is eclectic and I am to tailor the therapeutic space to whatever my clients may bring in. I draw largely from Narrative and Existential therapy in my practice and follow a largely collaborative approach. I am queer and trans* affirmative, poly and kink affirmative, pleasure positive as well as trauma informed. My lens to therapy is non-pathologizing and neurodivergent affirming. I believe in the importance of building systems of community care and support and that any change is not just about individual well-being but also about addressing systemic injustices.
