About Me

I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and gently supported as they explore their thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences. My approach is collaborative and paced with care, allowing each person the time and space they need to build clarity, navigate challenges, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

With over 7 years of experience, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and the geriatric population across a wide range of concerns. I hold a deep respect for the uniqueness of each individual’s journey, and my work is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and non-judgment.

Beyond coping, I aim to support clients in developing deeper self-understanding, healthier patterns of relating, and a more grounded, compassionate connection with themselves.
