About Me

I see therapy as a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and rooted in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and pressures that may be shaping how you feel, relate, and cope while moving at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
I support individuals navigating anxiety, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem struggles, identity questions, and life transitions. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” yourself, but about developing an understanding of yourself with clarity and care. Along the way, we’ll work toward building coping tools, emotional awareness, and routines that feel supportive in everyday life.
As a fresher counselling psychologist, I bring curiosity, care, and a commitment to ongoing learning and ethical practice. I work collaboratively, believing that meaningful change happens when therapy feels empowering, and tailored to your unique needs.

Education

Areas of Speciality

People often come to therapy when they feel stuck in self-doubt, anxiety, low mood, emotional overwhelm, or patterns of harsh self-criticism. I also work with experiences of trauma, grief and loss, break-ups, relationship conflicts, intimacy and communication difficulties, and emotionally draining dynamics in family or marriage. Alongside this, I support concerns around identity, social anxiety,
perfectionism, burnout, work–life imbalance, and navigating emotionally difficult life transitions.

Experience

Therapy style and modality

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and non-pathologising, with attention to the social and cultural contexts that shape emotional experiences. I draw from modalities such as CBT, REBT, Narrative Therapy, Existential approaches, and culturally sensitive frameworks, while adapting therapy to each person’s unique needs and lived experiences. I aim to create a space that feels reflective, affirming, and grounded in respect for identity and individuality. My practice is informed by queer-affirmative, neurodiversity-affirming, feminist, and caste-aware perspectives, with a focus on understanding the relationship between self, environment, and the systems that influence mental health and wellbeing.
