My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and non-pathologising, with attention to the social and cultural contexts that shape emotional experiences. I draw from modalities such as CBT, REBT, Narrative Therapy, Existential approaches, and culturally sensitive frameworks, while adapting therapy to each person’s unique needs and lived experiences.
I aim to create a space that feels reflective, affirming, and grounded in respect for identity and individuality. My practice is informed by queer-affirmative, neurodiversity-affirming, feminist, and caste-aware perspectives, with a focus on understanding the relationship between self, environment, and the systems that influence mental health and wellbeing.
