About Me

I believe therapy is a space where you can uncover your deepest vulnerabilities and be held safely. It is a space where individuals feel seen, heard, held, and understood. It has the potential to be deeply transformational. My approach to therapy is collaborative, paced and held with intention and groundedness.

I strive to create a space where clients feel they can unravel, build clarity, navigate challenges, and make meaningful changes rooted in their own insight and autonomy. I deeply respect each client’s journey and hold their truth and realities with humaneness, stillness, empathy & curiosity.

At the core of my practice is the intention to make clients feel understood and supported above all else.
