I’m a counselling psychologist with 12 years of experience. I work collaboratively with people from all walks of life, people like me and you. A significant part of my practice focuses on working with queer, trans*, nonbinary, intersex, and gender-diverse individuals, but my work extends to anyone navigating life’s complexities, including couples (both queer and non-queer), duos, and families.
I help people explore their relationships, identities, and the parts of themselves that feel stuck or unclear. A lot of my work revolves around helping individuals better understand themselves, process life stressors, and build emotional clarity. To name a few this often includes working through things like people-pleasing patterns, stage fright, self-doubt, or porn dependence, things that quietly but deeply shape how we show up in the world and in our relationships.
Relationships are one of the spaces I’m most drawn to working in. Whether it’s a couple trying to find their way back to each other, navigating a rough patch, working through mismatched needs or desires, or simply wanting a space to communicate better. Couples therapy is something I offer to both queer and non-queer couples. A lot of what brings couples in is the slow drift, the things left unsaid, the patterns that keep repeating. That’s definitely some work I find meaningful.
My work is kink and poly affirmative, and grounded in intersectionality and sex-positivity. I help people make meaning of their experiences without shame or judgment. I hold space for conversations around desire, identity, intimacy, grief, fear, and transformation.
In addition to my therapy work, I supervise and mentor budding psychologists. Supporting young professionals in shaping ethical, inclusive, and reflective practices is something I care deeply about.
