I believe that I play the role of aid for my clients in navigating the influence of trauma and sociocultural oppression.

My therapeutic practice is based on an Integrated Relational Psychodynamic approach specializing in working with individuals and valuing the richness of their lived experiences. Through therapy, I guide clients in embracing and exploring their stories, fostering a capacity to authentically engage with their world. Psychotherapy is one of many ways to embark on this ‘working through’ with the safety of the therapist’s presence and atunement.
