This approach carries a host of benefits, and increases commitment to healthy, constructive activities that uphold your goals and values. It lays emphasis on focusing to accept difficult thoughts, feelings and situations.

Originally developed by Miller and Rollnick to treat alcohol addiction, this client-centred approach is unique in the way it empowers people to take responsibility for their own recovery.
  • Grief & Bereavement: The death of a loved one can cause both emotional and physical pain that can sometimes impair one’s ability to function. Grief Counselling is intended to help one cope with loss and and death of a loved one.
