What Happens When Therapy Moves Beyond Talking?
Psychodrama is a powerful experiential approach that invites individuals to explore emotions, relationships, conflicts, and life experiences through action rather than conversation alone. This immersive weekend workshop offers participants the opportunity to experience the transformative potential of group work while developing a deeper understanding of trauma, healing, and human connection.
Through guided psychodramatic exercises, creative exploration, role-play, and group reflection, participants will engage with themes of identity, relationships, resilience, emotional expression, and personal growth. The workshop holds space to explore how trauma shapes the way we see ourselves and interact with the world, while highlighting the role of spontaneity, creativity, and community in fostering healing.
Ideal for psychology students, therapists, counsellors, and mental health professionals, this workshop combines experiential learning with practical insights into trauma-informed group facilitation. Rather than simply learning about psychodrama, participants will engage with its methods directly, gaining both personal and professional insights that can enrich their understanding of therapeutic work and group processes.
